The NEA now a complex organization, adopted beliefs and ideas from many professional assoctiations alike(p) the Central College Association, field Association of Colored Teachers, and New York landed estate Teachers Associatoin, to go bad the voice of American education.  The main goal of all these orginazations was to nominate free, equal education to all regardless of stinting status, race, sex, or disbility.  Many of these associations started off with 50 100 members, forthwith the NEA has a total of 2.7 million members who strive to make a change in our education.

    There were schools designed around 1634, besides for the sons of rich families who were predestined for principal positions in either the church, court, or state.  They were called Latin Grammar Schools where the study of Greek and Latin literature, and Protesant religious belifes were combined; the goals of these schools was to specify these young boys for Harvard College. The first laws regarding education in America were in ! 1642 and 1647.  The faithfulness of 1642 prefatoryally stated that parents were responsible for their basic education that include the principles of religion and the laws of commonwealth.
